About this mod

My settlement originally started as a way to give convicts something to do other than remaining idle. They act and work as if they were settlers in a land somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean. This settlement cannot be had any provisioners, thought that is not to stop from having a very rich economy building things together.

Advanced Workshop Food Harvesting	Unlike the other optional stuff in this blueprint, this one is both optional and recommended, as the whole plantation thing s to also have those carrots in a greenhouse planter on top of the roof)
BanCo - Bank of Commonwealth	Optional (This mod adds another optional stand known for saving and safekeeping your bottlecaps)
Build Your Own Pool	Optional (I merely used this mod to create my personal shower room at the entrance of this settlement)
Chem Cookers	Optional (This was for giving settlers or whoever you have as your workers assignments)
Clean Shacks	Essential for the building materials
Craftable Institute Elevator	Well i only added this one to the blueprint for a quick transfer to the roof
CWSS Redux v4 - Craftable Working Showers Sinks Baths Toilets Urinals Kitchens etc	Optional (This was added to add a bathroom in a metal shack and some bath stations in one of the upper areas of the building)
Empty Ocean World Player Settlement	This mod is especially needed for this settlement blueprint.
Filled Brahmin Feed and Water Troughs	Optional (As shown in the pictures, it was used for that one brahmin that made it into this settlement and it's a water pump filled brahmin)
Ground	Essential for the building the land this settlement sits in!
Homemaker - Expanded Settlements	Essential for the building materials
Settlement Objects Expansion Pack	Essential for the building materials
Settlement Radar Station	Optional (This mod is only use for the defences i made when attacking sea dolphins from that other mod Aquatic Bestiary - Sea life to the Commonwealth which it's not needed for this blueprint)
Snap'n Build 2.0	Essential for the building materials
Thematic and Practical - Workshop Settlements - Structures and Furnitures	Optional (This mod was used in this blueprints for a few decorations around the stores the npc's operate)
Transfer Settlements - Shareable Settlement Blueprints	Obviously you are gonna need this mod
True Storms - Wasteland Edition (Thunder-Rain-Weather Redone)	Optional (I added some fog filters and to make this settlement have weather control)
