My settlement originally started as a way to give convicts something to do other than remaining idle. They act and work as if they were settlers in a land somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean. This settlement cannot be had any provisioners, thought that is not to stop from having a very rich economy building things together.
Unlike the other optional stuff in this blueprint, this one is both optional and recommended, as the whole plantation thing s to also have those carrots in a greenhouse planter on top of the roof)
