About this mod
This is a build of prewar Sanctuary Hills. I made it look almost identical with the original prewar version. All houses are completely furnished with Ktchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and special beds for children etc. Plenty of decorations to make it look like the alive beautiful neighborhood it once used to be

Instructions:
Manually extract the bp in an empty folder located in Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints. Before Import Just scrap/disable any out of place furniture( mailboxes, toilets, bathtubs etc) and the house's stairs, since the have a texture bug so i replaced them. Do NOT scrap the houses. Make sure you have all the mods listed bellow. This mod uses Super Clean and Simple Sanctuary Startup as its base. If you come across any LOD/texture flickering the mod Scrap Everything with its extra options fixed it for me.
