The Lair - Mechanist Blueprint

Close to Christmas it might be time for a little basic Institute themed blueprint for the Mechanist's Lair meant to be used as an internal player home. I used the main building area only so it should be compatible with the vanilla layout of the Mechanist's Lair.
In my game i´m using Jenncave's great Clean and Simple - Mechanist's Lair Startup which makes the lair also a full settlement, but it´s not required for the blueprint to work.
I did not decorate the building, it's fully up to you to use whatever you want to have a cozy home.

It should be save to use the scrapall console command before importing the blueprint. You need to scrap everything in the buildable area, this includes the robot pods under the control room as well as the ramp leading to the control room. Use Place Everywhere by TheLich using the "Extra Object Selection" function.

What you will get

- A 2 stories entryhall with room for power armor stations.

- A wide area on the middle floor for placing your crafting benches, mannequins or trophy shelves. Access to some refreshing water can be found here.

- An appartment on the upper floor which can be directly reached using the elevator.

All floors are connected by stairs, so companions can follow you. A single mounted power generator gives 60 power to the settlement.

Requirements

Obviously you will need Transfer Settlements by CDante. Installing automatically with your mod manager it will take slot 28.

1. Settlement Objects Expansion Pack by ccmads

The build is heavily based on the SOE Pack. Additionally the Water Rendering Depth Limit found under Miscellaneous Files is needed with 2 Stories depth selected
for the small water panes, just saying...

2. Craftable Institute Elevator by ccmads

Used for the direct access to the living area.

3. Homemaker - Expanded Settlements by NovaCoru

Used for two benches and foliage located in the mainhall.

Suggestions

CWSS Redux V3 by steve40 and Flipdeezy - Several small bathrooms are available waiting for some great showers, tubs and toilets. Included in V2

Auto Doors by Wenderer - I added the fully atomatic sensors to the doors, not a hard requirement, but is there anybody playing Fallout 4 without it?

AS Craftable Institute Stations by Doobot - The style fitting workbenches. Included in V2

Art Connoisssseur System by Zoran - If you want to add some art to the wasteland. Included in V2

The Luis Royo Collection by Wolfmod - Spicy :) Included in V2

Wasteland Workshop Evolved by maximluppov - More stuff to build is always a good thing Included in V2

Renovated Decorations by aesfocus - who doesn´t like some fany curtains and rugs? Included in V2

Crafting Fury 9000 GTX by Elianora - Music, films, mods - is there anything not top notch coming from Finland? Included in V2

Some assets of Creative Clutter have been used in V2, too. Unfortunately no longer available on Nexus but it´s freely available via BethNet.

Settlements Build Limit Remover by Nobody - Does exactly what it says and can be used with Sim Settlements 2

PS: Shades of Gradient by Pat Mahoney - The Institute retexture used.
