The Lair - Mechanist Blueprint

Close to Christmas it might be time for a little basic Institute themed build for the Mechanist's Lair meant to be used as an internal player home. I used the main buildin area only so it should be compatible
with the vanilla layout of the Mechanist's Lair. In my game i´m using Jenncave's great Clean and Simple - Mechanist's Lair Startup which makes the lair also a full
settlement, but it´s not required for the blueprint to work.
I did not decorate the building, it's fully up to you to use whatever you want to have a cozy home.

What you will get

- A 2 stories entryhall with room for power armor stations.

- A wide area on the middle floor for placing your crafting benches, mannequins or trophy shelves. Access to some refreshing water can be found here.

- An appartment on the upper floor which can be directly reached using the elevator.

All floors are connected by stairs, so companions can follow you.

Requirements

1. Settlement Objects Expansion Pack by ccmads

The build is heavily based on the SOE Pack. Additionally the Water Rendering Depth Limit found under Miscellaneous Files is needed with 2 Stories depth selected
for the small water panes, just saying...

2. Craftable Institute Elevator by ccmads

Used for the direct access to the living area.

3. Homemaker - Expanded Settlements by NovaCoru

Used for two benches and foliage located in the mainhall.

CWSS Redux V3 by steve40 and Flipdeezy - Several small bathrooms are available waiting for some great showers, tubs and toilets.

Auto Doors by Wenderer - I added the fully atomatic sensors to the doors, not a hard requirement, but is there anybody playing Fallout 4 without it?
