This version of Nora is at level 20 and you start in Somerville Place on a sunny day. Hopefully it stays positive that way as random encounters could occur. This game file presents Nora in the only settlement that she won by making deals with the settlers there.

Well this version has Nora at level 20 with Codsworth, has Home Plate and Somerville Place which in turn has four settlers, a man and a woman and their kids. Has 4 Junkyard dogs that provide defense, a house cat inside the house, a friendly chameleon deathclaw nearby, a friendly sentry bot and a workshop brahmin already in the settlement, the only thing to worry is the water which is at 3 and maybe to give the settlers better beds and defense. Other than that this file is free to decorate it in anyway you want or can and as normal, i will be putting some mods you could use or not.
