Nordhagen Pier, one of the several Desalination plants in the Republic, also doubles as a trading port, with fresh, desalinated, pure water being its biggest export. All the energy is non-nuclear, instead using coastal winds and water mills to generate power. Silver Tarberries, adapted to the saltwater of the Atlantic, are grown here. They are known to be noticeably tarter than freshwater tarberries.
