Been tweaking this preset for weeks on and off, trying to get it as close to perfect (IMO) as I can. Just thought I'd share for people looking for a quick preset to build off of or use as-is. I'm incredibly picky and OCD when it comes to my custom characters, so I hope she's good enough for the public.
I'm not 100% sure if the DLC is a hard requirement or not. I know some mods need it and others don't, and I can't say for sure if any of the ones I used need them to function. So I added them to required just to be safe. Not all of the mods are a HARD requirement, but obviously for the best results it's good to use as many as possible.
HOW TO USE:
Simply download the ZIP file, and extract to:
(wherever your game is downloaded)Steam\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Presets
(optional BodySlide file goes in: (game location)Steam\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\Tools\BodySlide\SliderPresets)
Load up your game.
Start a new game
or
Go to the surgeon in Diamond City
or
Open the console and type: showlooksmenu 14
Select the preset option and look for Victoria
