1. Download manually the required mods first. Please pay attention to which files you have to download (for example, in "Fatgues Extended" you have to download the "fatigues only" version):
2. Unrar they and put the content of all mods in the same folder. Name that folder as "Raiders+Gunners_PACK".
3. Delete all originals .esp files and put the content of this patch instead (Raiders+Gunners_PACK.esp plus more assets).
4. Then, rename the .ba2 files of RaiderOverhaul to: Raiders+Gunners_PACK - Main.BA2 and Raiders+Gunners_PACK - Textures.BA2. The content of the folder should looks like this:
5. Repack the folder as a .rar and thats it. Now you can install it (Vortex or MO2 its recommended). I suggest spawn or buy the recipe magazines to check everything its ok.
Updates: If the required mods are actualiced, you will need redone this. If only the patch is actualiced, you just download the patch and overwrite the .esp as usual.
About This Pack, Changelog and Credits:
Spoiler:
Show
-This pack combine the patches of 7 diferent mods to add over 150 clothing pieces to revamp raiders a gunners factions! these are the mods used:
-Is a totally friendly merge pack because you dont need unpack and repack .ba2 files. Why is it a pack and not standalone versions? Because I have affected several LL combining all the mods at once. -The LL were redesigned so that some old clothing keeps appearing, not just the new ones. -The dependence on AE and AWKCR was eliminated in all mods. -Not all content of the mods are applied, some were cut, like consumables (or same pieces of clothing that I considered redundant or not very immersive) -This includes patches of the following weapons (You don't need to download these weapon mods, the files are already in "Raider Overhaul"): *Punk Crowbar *Handmade Revolver *Concrete Sledgehammer -If you already used these weapons, stop doing it! Because there will be conflict. You only need this pack now. -This pack includes NEW mashups not present in the original mods! -I reused the vanilla NPCs, so no new NPCs are added. -All Outfits and accessories can be crafted as well. The recipes are sold in the Tradind Market Terminal (Silent Jay) and are used in the Tech Lab under their own subcategories. -Some outfits and accessories are craft only.
Changelog 1.8b: -Added "Gunner Outfit Pack (STANDALONE)" mod to the pack (built in). -Added 2 extra new gunner outfits plus one extra scarf. -The cost of the recipes were reduced. -"The Outlaw Outfit" mod its not used anymore.
-This is a separate version dedicated to gunners NOT COMPATIBLE with my "Raiders and Gunners pack" (for those interested only in this faction. You can combine with a separate Raiders version in Greb´s page -> RO patch). -It is almost entirely based on this mod but has several new elements added by me not present in the original mod. -Has no requirements other than Horizon. -This mod includes a modification to the light leg armor, like this. -All combat armors including vanilla have a darker hue. -It does not use new NPCs, everything is adjusted to the Horizon NPCs. -In optional files there is a patch for "West Tec Tactical Optics" (Recommended). -All Outfits and accessories can be crafted as well. The recipes are sold in the Tradind Market Terminal (Silent Jay) and are used in the Tech Lab under their own subcategorie (some are craft only).
All credits to zawinul and... Defalt - Mavmanzero - Tumbajamba - LOrdOfWar.
-This mod includes new NPCs, this patch balanced them too. -LL integrated via scripts. -This patch have two versions of the gas mask, one uses the original CoA mods, the other uses Horizon mods. -Dont use the .esl version of the original mod, need to be .esp to have Horizon as master. -The outfits can be crafted as well. The recipes are sold in the Tradind Market Terminal (Silent Jay) and are used in the Tech Lab under their own subcategories.
Changuelog 1.8b: -Updated scrapping lists to use scripts. Courtesy of gpthree/starguardace.
-Craft in the tech lab after finding the blueprint (in "med tek research", see original mod for more info). However, a "basic version" without the effects could be created at any time. -You can use both visual utilities at the same time, those of the original mod and those of Horizon. They are compatible with each other and do not imply any kind of "overpower thing". -FO4 Hotkeys its recommended.
Changuelog 1.8b: -You can properly use field scrap with looted goggles.
All credits to zawinul, RickTheNexus (original patch) and g324.
-This mod add over 70 clothing pieces to revamp Minutemen faction in a awesome way (Include new backpacks!). -This patch its for the latest version 2.1.1 and I removed the AWKCR dependency too. Thats means this mod have now CERO dependencis on others mods (no AWKCR, no AE, no Cybernetics, no Crimsomrider's Accessories, no WestTek Tactical Optics). -I reused the vanilla NPCs, so no new NPCs are added. (If you want the NPCs, use this version) -Preston and Ronnie Shaw keep their original outfits. -Some outfits are configured to automatically conceal some armor parts to prevent cliping. -All Outfits and accessories can be crafted as well. The recipes are sold in the Tradind Market Terminal (Silent Jay) and are used in the Tech Lab under their own subcategories. -The Marshal Hat and the Veteran Adventurer Backpack are only craftable -The LL were redesigned so that some old clothing keeps appearing, not just the new ones. -This patch includes the following bug fixes to the original mod: ...First person bug when sneaking, solved. ...VATS CTD bug, solved. ...Naked Minutemen, solved.
-You can only buy it in the Trading Market terminal (Silent Jay). -Needs West Tek Tactical Optics as requirement. The FAST-TM Helmet (Googles) has the same utilities (and is acquired in the same way as the other West Tek devices). -Some meshes were changed to solve some clipping issues or technical issues.
Changuelog 1.8b: -Update to PMC 3.0. -(Hotfix: eliminated a extra recipe)
All credits to zawinul and EvTital - TomaHawk - Neto - HeroicPie - i_Code_i - Cyrisus.
-Needs West Tek Tactical Optics as requirement. The BOSTactical Helmet has the same utilities. -It's not a total replacement, but the old armors are rare now. -The PA camo paint its standalone, dont replace the PA paladin paint.
Changuelog 1.8b: -Update to 1.2 version of the original mod
All credits to zawinul and GhostFC3S, MYCART, BZW.
-You can buy the recipes in the Trading Market terminal (Silent Jay). -Not LL, use the optional injection patch in the original mod if you want. -The "Wings" do not will appear on NPC even with LL injection.
Just a little question, but I think the grease rat garbs patch might be outdated? I'm trying too run it with the latest version and I'm not seeing the latest armors. just wanted too let you know in case you ever wanted too update it ^ ^
Can I use the separate version of Gunners Overhaul and The Mercenary - Pack together? There is a Starguard patch, but it is from the Gunner and Raider version together, there is no separate version I encountered a problem with the Raider version, some Raiders' heads are invisible
Am I missing something, or does the patch for West Tek Tactical Optics removes the power armor modifications from the original mod? If so, I wonder why? That was the reason I've installed WTTO in the first place, since Horizon is currently really lacking with only the vanilla Targeting HUD available.
hi, ive gone thru thread after thread and cant find a solution, ive unistalled all my mods and reinstalled and this is the only one that doesnt want to work, the BOS Armor overhaul just doesn't work at all, makes everything but the head invisible ( and i mean that literally, not even hair ) and when i remove the mod it makes all normal (non power armor) BOS naked , completely removing there clothes from the NPCS body!! i kill them and no clothes! any fixes?
quick edit: just incase its asked, yes i have all versions installed and tested for Westtek too
That sounds very weird. I can't help you, at most if it helps you I think I once read in a ghouls mod (I don't remember which one, a famous one) that some appeared without heads, maybe there is some connection. If the problem persists, I suggest a clean installation of F4
Hi. I was wondering whether you would be making a patch for PMC Extended as well. I tried to make one on my own and failed.
I have used "copy as override into" to resolve conflicts in NPC records following a mod guide for Skyrim before, but since I don't know which changes made by PMC extended need to be preserved and which records must be preserved from your edit to Nexus_PMC.esp, I can't make a patch between them with my level of knowledge.
Would you consider taking a look at PMC Extended when you have a chance? The camo scheme additions made by that mod are too good not to use with PMC set.
EDIT: Oh, I should've opened up with this statement: the changes you've made(separating the vest variants into separate items, for instance) conflict with PMC Extended because Extended's esp is looking at your changes and going "ugh, there is no mesh or texture where my record is pointing at". So, when I have both esps active, my character appears naked.
Hi. Right now I'm working on a little mod so I don't have much time these days. Also personally I am not too much interested in that extension, but I will look at it at some point. Especially if I eventually have to do a mandatory PMC update.
Sure, it would be necessary to make changes to the esp so that it adapts to the way I did my patch, otherwise it would give those kinds of errors that you say.

I know there is one for 1.9 horizon you made, but i am not using that one currently as i am using horizon 1.8.7, Thanks in advance anyway.
i have a question, is there a way for me to just install Commonwealth Scavvers & Lagrie's Helmet and Armor Collection Standalone for 'Raiders+Gunners_PACK' ?
There is a Starguard patch, but it is from the Gunner and Raider version together, there is no separate version
I encountered a problem with the Raider version, some Raiders' heads are invisible

Either way, thank you for your contributions to making Horizon more compatible!
