A 36 plot settlement at the finish: 18 homes, 4 Agricultural, 5 Commercial, 3 Industrial, 4 Martial, and 2 Recreational.
This settlement has 4 levels, starting at the base upgradeable to level 3.
*note* There is an error sometimes where the floor and some of the walls will disappear during its build. To fix it open console (pressing ~ button) and type: 0012ad22.enable
