Anyone unable to use this plan, it's possibly due to missing at least one "required mod." I was able to get it to appear in the plan list after removing the SSAOP_SamutzVault88.esp from the required mods list, as it's included in Mega Pack Year 2.
The entire required mods section might be removable for the plan to still function as intended, YMMV.
Gosh I've been away for a while, sorry about that. I do have plans to update to SS2, rebuild from scratch and fix a few issues I've had with this. Not sure when yet as I haven't had much free time, but I'm hoping to start converting a few of my builds to SS2 soon(ish).
Should be done soon-ish. It's my 1st of 5 SS2 city plans that is very nearly completed in it's level 3 stage. Once I am happy where it is, I will work on the the regression stages, package it, and put it out.
Silly question Probobly, but if I set this up prior to BoS arrival and then decide to trigger their arrival will it mess with anything? Also if/when I blow up the prydwen will it effect anything?
There is one small issue though: When it scraps all the unnecessary stuff, it also scraps the airport floor. That results in the entire settlement hovering a few inches off the ground, which isn't great for immersion.
This is with scrap everything installed, but honestly, the majority of people use it so it does need to be handled.
Edit: Some of the walls too.
NOTE FOR ANYONE HAVING THIS ISSUE BEFORE IT'S FIXED 0012ad22.enable into the console should fix the problem by restoring the missing piece! I was able to get that ref id by going back to any save before the city plan was used, opening the console, and clicking on the floor. If the id doesn't work for you, just use that.
That's odd, I never touched the airport floor apart from the chairs and padding, or the walls. I will go in and load it from the desk and see what happens. I hope others can confirm this.
*edit* I brought up an old save from just after getting on the Prydwen, so nothing at that time had been touched. I built the desk and loaded the blueprint and it started to build the lvl 0 plan, but the floor and walls stayed.
I do not have Scrap Everything that way I can't accidentally delete something not meant to be deleted when designing a shared plan. Nor do I go in the console and Disable an object, so I am not sure how it could have scrapped the floor and walls. The plan is designed with the original floor and walls still there. But I will try it with SE later today and see if it does it with the mod.
*edit again* Ran it w/ SE installed, still had the floor. Created a new game and ran it again, still no issue w/ floor or walls. Not sure why it would have happened with your game.
You have to uninstall Scrap Everything. Then it won't remove the floor. I tested it a couple of times. It's kind of annoying as the town looks way better with the concrete foundation I tried to reinstall Scrap Everything after the town had built but it will remove the floor anyway. I will try to change the load order to see if it changes something
Had the same problem with the cement floors and walls being scrapped with SE installed. The console fix worked like a charm. Thanks for suggesting it, crashbrennan!
Yep, I know what I did wrong. At least, I am pretty sure. Unfortunately due to a machine error I no longer have the original save files to re-export and re-build to make sure; I will have to re-do the thing from scratch. Luckily though we happen to have the final product here, so at least the end result will be the same, just the earlier builds will be different. I don't have an ETA when I can create the new build as I am in the middle of a move and quite a number of other interesting life events that started to happen around March and are finally showing signs of stopping, and barely have time to myself, but I am hoping in a few weeks, maybe a month or two. In the meantime, just run that one-time command listed above to fix the floor.
Nope, the other required mods are listed in the Required section on the Description page. 3-in-1 only holds Sim Settlements, SS - Industrial Revolution, and SS - Rise of the Commonwealth.
Well, sort of. You need the SS mod + Industrial for it to work, but the other SS's like Scrappers and Year 1 are just plots - if you don't have them then the game will create different plots instead of the ones I put down. Or should, at any rate. Cross is only used for a few posters on the walls, but the plan won't show up without it from what I hear.
I have lost my save with the original build and have to see if I can recover it from the blueprint, then I may just remove those posters so the Cross mod wouldn't be required. Otherwise I will have to rebuild from scratch.
Newbie here! (O: I'm in Boston Airport, I've installed the required mods, I've built "overseer's planning desk" but I don't get how to use this plan. Could someone help please?
There was one other small issue, from the mod, that was part of it. It says one of the mods is only needed for a few posters, and is otherwise unrequired. But without that mod, the plan will not appear in the planner's desk.
I have the same issue with the city plan not showing up stating that no city plan is available for the location - using NMM. City plan is installed and active in NMM.

Do you have any idea why that might be?
EDIT: Never mind, it was just vortex f*#@ing up and not sorting plugins correctly! Can't wait to see it!
I made sure it's enabled in game > mods but no luck
Do you have any more details on what you did to get it to show up, Crash?
