H-CPAM introduces changes similar to mods like SAR, CPAO, BPAO and P4APA series of mods,
balances community-made Power Armors for Horizon,
adds a balanced and interesting way of obtaining them.

Updates:
  • 0.4.0 Beta - SAR-like functionality, PA parts destruction on most (I think all) PAed NPCs, fixed PA destruction, Gunners Overhaul patch.
  • 0.3.0 Beta - Swapped T-60 and T-51 construction components, fixed loose mods names, added set-bonuses for everything except X-01, fixed Piezonucleic power armor, added Horizon PA destruction to the CPAM - Main, Extras patch merged into the main mod, Extras patch is now a patch for people that do not want any CPAM changes.
  • 0.2.0 Beta - Fixed PA paints being uncraftable. Added icons. Added a way of obtaining Enclave Paint. Added a temporary way of obtaining X-01 (That'll be a quest later).
  • 0.1.0 Beta - Initial release, m150's IPA patch, IPA - Synths patch.
  • 0.0.9 Alpha - Countless hours spent on remaking functions of CPAO and BPAO, making system make sense.

Plans (descending by priority):
  • Patch unoctium's X-02 and X-03 PAs.
  • Unnaked PA-like feature.
  • PA Set bonuses. Like full set of AirForce PA giving better Jet Pack flight. Only X-01 left.
  • Unique PA Frames.
  • (Possible) Repatch IPA because it's really buggy about Body Part Data (VATS) for now. This armor needs to be done almost from scratch to behave as other PA's. I'll try a couple of solutions, but I think, we'll need to accept it as is.
  • Add a quest way of obtaining X-01.
  • Patch newermind43's PAs when he'll release his Redux mod.
  • Integrate X-01 Enclave paint with America Rising.

Features:
  • CPAO and 4APA paints for all the vanilla Power Armors, all patched for the Horizon.
  • BPAO-like correlation of Brotherhood of Steel ranks and armors.
  • SAR-like functionality. There are 6 PA frames in the Commonwealth, every other one is replaced with a military/raider trunk.
  • Addressing PA-related lore inconsistencies on a big scale.
  • Removal of the uniqueness of DLC Power Armors. Tesla is a variant of unlockable lining, Vim paint is just a paint that unlocked by quest.
  • Community PAs patched for Horizon, including PA destruction after enemies deaths, alloy system.
  • All of that easily mergable because of every ID renumbered by hand to be compatible.

Paints:
Every vanilla Power Armor has all FO4 factions paints, except raider one because it's horrifying trash. X-01 has Enclave paint, that is gated behind a trade market unlock.

Ranked Armor:
Every Brotherhood of Steel soldier has insignia corresponding to their rank on their armor, thanks to BPAO2 assets. Soldiers between the ranks of Initiate and Knight-Captain use T-45 PA, soldiers between Knight-Commander and Paladin-Commander use T-60 PA, high-rank soldiers like Star Paladins and Sentinels use T-51 PA and Elder has his unique X-01, taken from Enclave.

Lore:
One of the biggest issues with Fallout 4 for me are the retcons that Bethesda done in the new Fallout. I addressed that:
  • T-60 is Brotherhood of Steel manufactured armor. This leads to it being available only to BoS soldiers. Every instance of T-60 in the wild is replaced with T-45.
  • X-01 is APA. The only way to find is to buy it at the Trade Market. For now. Every instance of X-01 in the wild is replaced with T-51.
  • T-51 is better than T-60 and is the pinnacle of PA it supposed to be. Stats of T-60 and T-51 are basically swapped. 
  • Small changes like Quantum X-01, that is replaced with T-51 with the Nuka-Cola paint job, pre-war military using T-51 armor instead of T-60.

Extras:
  • You can carry more while in PA. I was really annoyed that if you have 10 STR you'll get no increase in your inventory and lose all your normal armor bonuses, so I edited PA Magic Effect.
  • Dropping on the people with PA no longer cases hostility. That was stupid and annoying.
  • No staggering while in PA. That was just stupid.
  • No poisoning while in PA.
  • ...more to be added.

Addons and Patches:
  • [WIP] Institute PA: IPA is heavy, high-tec armor. It has great energy, ballistic resistances and includes almost-Hazmat suit-level protection from radiation.
  • [WIP] AirForce PA: AFPA is 'light' armor. It has 3/4 of T-51's defense but it's a lot lighter, a bit faster and allows for longer Jet Pack flights.
  • IPA - Synths: This addon adds this PA to Boss and Legendary Synths.
  • Courtesy of Greb751, this patch brings awesome War Tags paints in line with CPAM.
  • Gunners Overhaul patch.
  • ...more to be added.

All Of That Easily Mergable:
...and I already made supposed to be popular solutions! One of the reasons behind creating this mod is cutting down the
loadorder, so I numbered every ID in this mod by hand, making it
possible to merge every .esp from this mod without breaking stuff.
