A bit of history:
After the success of the US Army in the conflict in Alaska, the Soviet government instructed its best minds to create an analogue of power armor, in no way inferior to the American one. In the shortest possible time, scientists and military engineers managed to create a prototype. The tests failed - the lack of the necessary technologies affected. The Communist Party advised speeding up the process, despite the measures, and the Soviet spies managed to steal, or maybe even ransom, the blueprints for the power armor frame. After much trial and error, they created a working sample. No one did not know it for certain how the Soviet power armor came to the United States. However, judging by historical records, it did not go into mass production, and remained a prototype.
