To Paste The Night Club In Your Settlement:

  • Extract the 'pattern.ini' file from the download.
  • In your file system go to: <Fallout 4 Install Directory>\Data\F4SE\Plugins\Clipboard\
  • Pick a Clipboard Slot number and go into that folder.
  • In game, build a "Clipboard Tool" from within the workshop menu under the category "Special \ Clipboard".
  • Position the tool in front of where you want to paste the night club.
  • Press the button labelled 'Action Menu', select 'Paste From Clipboard', select the slot you picked in step 3.
  • Enjoy!

If you have issues assigning a settler to any objects, store the object in the workshop for a second then put it back down.

Customization Tips:

  • Singing Settlers has a track light which will follow the singer, change color, and much more. Give it a go.
  • Settlement_Markers has a 4-5 different dance markers, I suggest filling the dance floor with a bunch of them, as well as putting some in each of the alcoves.
