To Paste The Market In Your Settlement:
- Extract the 'pattern.ini' file from the download.
- In your file system go to: <Fallout 4 Install Directory>\Data\F4SE\Plugins\Clipboard\
- Pick a Clipboard Slot number and go into that folder.
- In game, build a "Clipboard Tool" from within the workshop menu under the category "Special \ Clipboard".
- Position the tool in front of where you want to paste the market.
- Press the button labelled 'Action Menu', select 'Paste From Clipboard', select the slot you picked in step 3.
