Taffington Boathouse is now the home of a cranky scientist.

I imagine here some sort of scientist Nikola tesla-like conducting research on electricity and radiation, using his own house as a laboratory. As every self-respected scientist in the wasteland, he doesnt really like company, beside his/her assistant and gardener, so the perimeter is set accordingly.
So this is basicaly the vanilla house and hangar revisited, plus a side house for assistant/garderner/cooker/cobaye/whatever, a nice dog-house for a nice dog... and that's it, no merchants, you will have to place some rugs if you want some. Perfect for a player home.

Oh and yes, look your feet not the sky and make a save before approaching ;-)

I'm using version of TS 1.44. If this is causing any issue i can upload a new file in the lastest version.

1/ Better using a cleaning mod to remove all the trash piles and other clutter than will clip through the added objects.
2/ Wire lines are saved in the file.
3/ You may die be careful! (ingame of course)
4/ Te logic behind my logic gates match the AI of the settlers.
