I am an admitted and unabashed fanboy of this author, but I have to say that this build is the absolute best. I've completely rethought how the post-war Commonwealth should be based on these builds alone. Well done, and thank you.

Thank you Orody for all these awesome Settlement builds you are sharing with us. Mercy beaucoup indeed!

Now I prefer to build these myself, so I kinda copy and adapt your builds from the screens. But for the life of me I can't seem to find certain objects in my build menu. These are the tall power poles and the metallic floors you're predominantly using in this build. I would appreciate if you or someone else who knows could point out to me from which mods they're from. /edit: and the vines! Probably Northland Diggers though..

I don't have Homemaker, Northland Diggers (these two were bugging out on me in the past), Just Debris, Workshop Decoration Pack and Lightbulb Wire in my load order.

Again, great work, kudos and hope you're doing alright!

      thanks ;)

I think the large electrical pylon you're talking about are from a mod call craftable greeble, it adds lots of greebles, pipes and other industrial stuff without being a requirement.
      https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15229
You can also get them from project blueprint too, as well as other electrical pylon types.

Floors are from border junk, no other mods have them so far.

Duh, border junk.. I totally missed that 'cause I almost exclusively use it for the walls and so i didn't even bother to check -.- Gonna give craftable greeble a try, thanks a bunch <3

    ?

well hello there. how did you remove this fuckers? Insignificant Object Remover did not remove it for me. It can be disabled with  tg - "toggle grass" but thats not my intention.

    AKcelsior
?From the looks of it, those are some sort of hand placed shrubs. If that is the case then there's no way to change the density of them through
grass records, instead you would need to disable their records
    completely.

As xjogass touched on, one way to check if it's procedural or not is to set the iMinGrassSize variable in your ini to a
high number like 80, then check the area and see if those twiggy things
are gone. If they disappear then it's a grass that can be reduced the
same way I did in this mod and I'll add an option to remove those in the
    future.

so, i did change it to 80, and some are still there. any higher and much much more of the vegetation is gone.

Hello, it's the mod "no more twigs". It's a miracle mod ^^

I really like the way you do these. They have real wasteland vibe with junk around but in a way that makes sense. What I see in this image is a survivor with tech know how doing what it takes to stay alive but also really building a home. Really looks like how Bethesda should have approached the games feeling. It's that vibe of Mad Max, Book of Ali etc but Fallout tech end world vibe, Amazing job, I want to see more, lol I use one of your images as desktop Wallpaper.

Amazing blueprint. I've seen every blueprints you did (special mention for the Raider Arena). I've seen many people doing settlements build, but there is few like you, who can capture the true wasteland vibe... Really good job, wish you could do more !

Small update because I checked more the blueprint and I don't know why, but some stuff is missing (when all mods required are updated). Parts missing are like bathtub, street lamps on the pontoon or kitchen furniture.

If anyone has an idea about why these items don't appear, I will take it (And I will edit back if I found the problem with time

Seems you're talking about vanilla pre-placed item. The settlement comes with kitchen furniture, bath thud upstair and i'm pretty sure street lamp on the pontoon. Looking back at the screenshot, it seems that i just build around them instead of scrapping them and adding them back (like what i'm doing now).
Did you crap them all before importing?

Ah I see... No I used a SimSettlement mod and I didn't notice that it built premade settlements everywhere. That's why it scrapped these parts. Glad the problem isn't your blueprint or mods so. I just need to find a way to restore settlements to their initial confirguation. Thanks for that, I didn't thought about it !

This is my third playthrough with this settlement and getting it is one of my top priorities...first stop is Covenant, for the doctor, then Taffington Boathouse, so that I can import this settlement and have it for the rest of my playthrough! It has that wonderfully crooked storybook-style that I've been in love with my whole life!

Great job as always! For such a small footprint settlement, you really packed it with a ton of detail and character.

If Bethesda needs someone to build immersive settlements for Fallout 5, then they have to hire you for this job. Great blueprint again. :-)

Agreed- I'm blown away by how detailed and thematically consistent each design is. If I stumbled onto this in a game it would be a literal jaw drop moment.

Ahah thanks, but if the whole fallout 5 will be with that much details you would need a computer from the NASA to run the game :o

My FPS dropped for about 15ish and it's only 1300+ item or so...

I think, we could just save some money until the next part of Fallout comes out...maybe in 2025? XD
And no joke, I actually save money for my next High End PC. Actual my i7 4790K, 32 RAM, 980GTX is a fair machine, but I get some massive framerate issues, too in some ares. It's the game itself.

Well your PC its 4-5 time better than mine :o I have only a i5 3570k, 8Go RAM, 3.4 GHz i bought 6 years ago now.... i just changed the graphic card on year ago for a Gforce GTX 960. I have to use low res texture pack and a bunch of FPS boosting mods to have the game running well.

And there will be EDS6 before FO5 so we dont have until 2025 :-p

Hm, so let's hope that TES6 (you mean The Elder Scrolls, right?) won't become a running gag like Half Life 3. :-)

I love the look of your builds, I have downloaded all that you have loaded.

I also have an i5 3570k 3.4 ghz, but I also saved up and bought 2x nvidia gtx 1070 Ti [they are sli] and I run the game on ultra and I only get a 5-10 fps drops in your settlement builds.

a suggestion though that I recently learned about since I have a older processor is that I moved my OS to a separate drive and it helped a lot with loading and somehow with rendering items with high res textures.
I have to say I run an average of 50 fps throughout the whole game.

Keep up the builds.. I absolutely love them..

Thanks, i'm glad you enjoy my settlements :-)
I just noticed you are the mod author of settler sandbox expension, which im using hey! Thanks for that! (even if i still manage to get them stuck)

Right, i'm currently running everything on the same hard-drive, which is almost full (less that 100Go free-space). Game takes 1min to load, and to open the workshop mods it's about the same... Hopefully i run a smooth 60fps everywhere outside heavily builded area. But i dont have enough saved money for that right now, and it's working so i'm fine for the moment :-)

Question - When I import I'm not getting the lightbulb wires, so certain sections of wiring are not fully connected. Not sure how you did it originally; the lightbulb wire mod has special conduits to use if you want to transfer power over them, but I can't see if you've used those or not. I am using v2.0 of Lightbulb Wires.

Edit: Disregard, I found it. I was using the Shadowcasting version of Lightbulb Wires. Switched to the Standard version and all is well. (Except for the misplaced items due to Vanilla Extensions, that is.)

Seems you found out yourself :-) I don't think I would have think to that shadow version, the render is awesome but I did skip it to help my fps.
Good luck replacing stuff with vanilla extension. The mod Is awesome except for that snap point stuff...

For this settlement, it wasn't too bad. Railings, mostly; one metal wall, and one pole-foundation floor.
