This was my second attempt at building a tree-house style settlement at Somerville Farm, the first being one large building on top of the main tree, this one was inspired more by the Ewok village than a normal tree house. It is a large settlement, with beds for 30, and a very high defense, but thanks to not being downtown, nor as heavily decorated as my Hangman's Alley build, it is not too system intensive. If any of them are too laggy, getting rid of the do-it yourshelves, items will help a lot.
Over all it is semi-decorated, with plenty of room for your own personal touches. There are even a few rooms that are still empty, so you can build your own room, or whatever you like. *There are also two clothing shops, because my original builder got a bit bugged and had two Anne Hargraves, but that is easy to change if you do not want it.
It requires a fair number of mods, some more required than others.
