28/04/2024 [Fix for rocket launcher shadow component flickering when hidden]

Whats new:
- Thanks to s1nger(Cyber MP) Customizer finally works outside of the vehicle and no longer resets back all components as soon as you exit the car.
- Toggling now has audio effect playing when clicking in UI or using hotkey.
How it works?
- When you load the game and summon phantom, as soon as you mount the vehicle, your last saved configuration will be loaded automatically.
- To make Customizer work, you need to mount Phantom once and then code will continue to work until game restart.
- Load & Save buttons removed because of the general rework of the code, only 'Reset Components" Left
- Whenever you toggle any component, it automatically saves all components states as configuration.
- You can toggle components outside of the vehicle once you mounted it at least one time. [I Guess Photo Mode Folks Gonna Like This One]
- If you loading save in which you were inside Phantom, code will start working automatically
- Added option to visually toggle Missile Launcher and Machine Guns, they will still fire, but models will be invisible.

If you want to change engine sound you can edit .yaml file.
Find this line:
"player_audio_resource: v_car_quadra_type_66"
Change "v_car_quadra_type_66" to:
"v_car_quadra_type_66_avenger" or
"v_car_quadra_type_66_nomad"
