Adds Slow and Freeze Time spells to Alteration. Learn through a custom vendor named "Chronus", who lives in Markarth. High compatibility, devoted focus, no scripting, and meant to fit right into the regular game.

SLOW AND FREEZE TIME
Dodge and catch arrows, launch a flurry of strikes before the enemy can react, parry incoming strikes with increased reaction time, and weave between enemies frozen in time.
I've designed the spells to be useful for a variety of classes; from the commander who simply needs more time for tactics and sending orders, to the archer who needs to be more accurate and rapid with a bow, even during the chaos of a skirmish. The spells provide a unique way to play Skyrim and open up countless new possibilities. I had a blast making, testing, and recording this spell, and I hope you enjoy it in your game as much as I do mine!

BUY THEM FROM "CHRONUS" IN MARKARTH
Chronus, a master mage from Hammerfell with a mastery of Time spells, can be found in Markarth catching the warm rays of the sun during the day, and passing his nights at the Silverblood Inn. Sometimes, he rests in the Shrine of Talos.
Aside from the full assortment of Slow and Freeze Time spells, master Chronus also sells two varieties of scrolls, plus a strange brew he calls the "Elixir of Waking Slumber", said to speed up time; passing a full two hours in just one minute.
COMPATIBILITY: Works with all mods that add spells (Apocalypse, Phenderix), due to my own custom vendor! Just throw this mod /above/ your other spell mods.
INCOMPATIBILITY: Any edits to the Shrine of Talos in Markarth.
Some issues reported with Ordinator perks, which inadvertently lengthens Slow Time for far too long (only if you take that perk)
