If you're looking at this there's a very good chance you have the Transfer Settlements mod and know what you are doing so i won't bore you with the details.

Make sure to scrap all the garbage, furniture and flora in the settlement before importing this in or you're gonna have collision issues.
I use Scrap Everything for this.
And finally make sure to give these mod authors lots of love, they're the real champions.
