About this mod
Allows for setting a custom percentage of women among new recruits. Optionally you can set gender-specific stat modifiers of HP, Aim, Will and Mobility. Each modifier has a customizable % chance of being applied.

MAIN FEATURES
MEN OR WOMEN?
Some players complain on too many women among their recruits, others complain on too few of them. With this mod you can easily set the percentage of men/women. The ratio is a percentage chance that the new recruit will be a woman. If you are using my UI Mod Manager (Mods Menu) you will find a handy slider in the options for the mod.
CUSTOM STAT MODIFIERS FOR MEN/WOMEN
If you feel that women should have more chances for e.g. high Will or men should have more chance for e.g. HP - there is fairly robust stat modifiers' system. It allows for pure bonus/malus or "trading" one stat for another. You can set a chance for the modifirer to occur on any new recruit.
MID CAMPAIGN INSTALLATION
You can install the mod during on-going campaign. All the settings will apply to new recruits. The mod will not mess with your existing soldiers - no modification of stats, or gender :)
HOW TO USE
Once you install the mod you will find all the settings in the Mods Menu under "Geneder Manager" mod (if you are using UI Mod Manager).
Alternatively you can set everything inside DefaultModGender.ini inside \Config folder.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Unzip the files.
2. Copy everything from \Config folder of the mod into \Config folder of your game.
3. Copy everything from \CookedPCConsole folder of the mod into \CookedPCConsole folder of your game.
4. Copy everything from \Localization folder of the mod into \Localization folder of your game.
The default path to the folder for Steam users is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\XCom-Enemy-Unknown\XEW\XComGame\
Ignore \Source files (unless you are modder familiar with UDK - in such case you probably know how to make use of it)
5. Add this line to DefaultMutatorLoader.ini (inside \Config folder of the game):
In case you are playing vanilla EW and have no other mutator-based mods you should download Mini Mods Collection and follow the "Enabling Mutators" instructions.
