What's the purpose?
I didn't like there are only 3 food stats, to the point that Roasted chicken leg provide the same effect as Water.
So this mod improve the immersion and diversity of food stats, based on their price or real-life nutrition (but still "video game item" of course).

Basically, I change the 3 vanilla stats with multiple mix of them:
- 10 Vitality for 30 seconds = 300As does Dumpling.
- 15 Vitality for 30 seconds = 450. As does Apple.
- 15 Vitality for 40 seconds = 600As does Candy.
- 15 Vitality for 50 seconds = 750. As does Chicken.
- 15 Vitality for 60 seconds = 900As does Fried meat.
- 15 Vitality for 70 seconds = 1050. As does Ratatouille.
Spoiler:
Show

- 25 Vitality for 100 seconds = 2500. As does Horn of Plenty. [By the way fixed the bug it doesn't stack to normal food].

Additionally, this mod restore the cut buff effect "Drink Vitality Regen" to all beverage. Also knows to its debug name "WellHydrated Effect". Big thanks to Tinnaib for making the icon. This buff provide half duration and half vitality regen compared to Foods. But additionally, Beverage now regenerate more Stamina and they doesn't stack to Food buff :
- 1s Stamina and 5 Vitality   for 20 seconds = 20 and 100As does Kaedwenian Stout.
- 2s Stamina and 10 Vitality for 15 seconds = 30 and 150As does Redanian Lager.
- 2s Stamina and 10 Vitality for 20 seconds = 40 and 200As does Est Est.
- 2s Stamina and 10 Vitality for 25 seconds = 50 and 250As does Milk.
- 2s Stamina and 10 Vitality for 30 seconds = 60 and 300As does Water.

This mod also double the vitality regen outside combat in New Game Plus.
And tweak a little bit some price to those logically better than others [also fix "Roasted" were cheaper than "Raw", really CDPR?].

Because I restore the drink effect, I have to modify the effects and descriptions of the skills "Gourmet" and "Balanced Diet" [from Restored Content - Additional Perks / Content Expansion - Time of the Sword and Axe] :
Gourmet: Increases the duration of effects from food by 20 minutes and beverage by 10 minutes.
Balanced Diet: Doubles the effects from foods and beverages.
The runework "Dumpling" work correctly on both food and beverage (lucky).

The result should be some sort of "Buffed Food Stats" mod, even with the new drinks effects.
