Tweaks the rate of fire increase of the Rapid legendary weapon effect (+50%, +75%, +100%)

The base Rapid legendary effect only has a +25% increase of the rate of fire for the affected weapon. This mod tweaks the effect to allow an increase of +50%, +75%, or +100%. It also changes the effect description based on percentage.
** Using +100% on automatic weapons (or any weapon really) will make you eat through a ton of ammo and can cause the game to be buggy, so use your own discretion
Uses the FOMOD installer for configurability (even tho there's 3 options lol)
For making your own straight from hell weapons with this tweak, I recommend using Legendary Module Recycler (by JonathanOstrus) or Legendary Modifications (by pitufocabeza). Whichever suits your fancy more
