Tweaks the chances of the Incendiary legendary weapon effect (15%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%)

The base Incendiary legendary effect only has a 6% chance of firing an Incendiary round. This mod tweaks the effect to have a 15%, 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% chance of firing an Incendiary round. (it also changes the effect description based on percentage)
It is up to the player to decide if this is balanced. I really don't care, I was bored
Uses the FOMOD installer for configurability
For making your own straight from hell weapons with this tweak, I recommend using Legendary Module Recycler (by JonathanOstrus) or Legendary Modifications (by pitufocabeza). Whichever suits your fancy more
theres a typo in the mod & esm name, ill fix it at some point, it will still work tho lolll
