Tweaks the chances of the Frenzy legendary effect frenzying a target (15%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%)

The base Frenzy legendary effect only has a small chance (10% i think) of frenzying a target. This mod tweaks the effect to have a 15%, 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% chance. (it also changes the effect description based on percentage)
It is up to the player to decide if this is balanced.
** Targets will sometimes stay focused on you, if they do this, try giving them a chance to attack their friendlies by running away or something idk
Uses the FOMOD installer for configurability
For making your own straight from hell weapons with this tweak, I recommend using Legendary Module Recycler (by JonathanOstrus) or Legendary Modifications (by pitufocabeza). Whichever suits your fancy more
