Do you love special orders and wish there were more of them? Me too! Do you also love the holidays? Me too! This mod adds nine new special orders to your game for maximum Christmas/Hanukkah/Solstice fun. Eight of the orders are available in winter and one in fall.

This was originally intended to be a rather basic mod, but scope creep hit hard and I ended up with some much more elaborate orders than I'd meant. :D But you know what? They're downright adorable, and isn't that what holidays are all about?

Yes, this mod is compatible with SVE and just about everything else. However, please carefully read the requirements above.

The special orders!

• Gus wants to throw a Christmas party but needs the ingredients for fresh eggnog.
• George wants to reinvigorate the tradition of giving spice berries in winter to remember the summer past.
• Mayor Lewis needs torches and clay for a Hanukkah celebration.
• Jas wants to leave a treat for Santa's reindeer. *Requires Host Trees
• Evelyn thinks what the season is missing is mistletoe for all the young lovers in town. *Requires Host Trees
• Krobus and the Dwarf both want to light up their homes during the darkest time of year. *Requires Custom Companions
• The local Christmas tree farm is in desperate need of pinecones.
• JojaCo wants Winterstar fruit for a special sale. *Requires Joja Seeds
• Marlon is asking for lucky clovers to keep the guild safe. *Requires Lucky Clover
• Emily senses restless spirits and wants you to put some ghosts to rest.
• New! The pirates of Ginger Island are thirsty for extraordinary amounts of alcohol.
  

Tip: Plant host trees for reindeer lichen and mistletoe before winter. You may want to use Plant Fruit Trees Anywhere to put them in the forest or backwoods for additional foraging immersion. However, if you forget to plant trees, the Desert Trader now offers a random Host Trees item each day in exchange for random crystals.

The rewards? Are you suuuuure you want to know in advance? While some orders are standard fare, giving you an item(s) in reward, certain orders will net you decorated maps, gifts from half the town (if you remember to talk to them), or even a ~prismatic santa hat~. That's right, you know you want it and a dozen more for your children, horse, scarecrow, and sea urchins. You may even get a surprise if you visit the Community Center on Christmas Eve... but only if you've already given Santa's reindeer a gift!
