The Nolvus Grass is a mashup of different grass mods including

• Mixed Grass
• Tamrielic Grass
• Veydosebrom Regions
• Folkvangr - Grass and Landscape Overhaul
• Origins Of Forest - 3D Forest Grass
• Cathedral - 3D Pine Grass - Full 3D Coverage
  

Compatible with ENB Complex Grass and Seasons of Skyrim. (grass will change depending the seasons)

Animated grass in the wind included.


A. INSTALLATION

THE PROVIDED LINKS DIRECTLY POINT TO THE RIGHT REQUIRED MODS VERSIONS!!! DON'T USE ANOTHER VERSION!!!

INSTALL THE ENB COMPLEX GRASS PATCH FOR EACH GRASS MODS ONLY IF YOU USE AN ENB!!! INSTALLING THESE PATCHES WITHOUT ENB WILL GIVE YOU WEIRD TEXTURES

It's recommended to use No grass in object mod to centralize your grass ini settings. If you don't want to use it just add your grass settings (iMinGrassSize,...) in the Nolvus Ascension Seasonal Grass Mashup.ini file.

If you want the grass to change for each seasons,

Download and install Seasons of Skyrim with all its requirements
Download and install Seasonal Landscapes

For Seasonal landscape, hide its seasons folder in MO2, Nolvus grass mashup uses only its meshes and textures and has its own seasons ini files. If you don't hide it you will break this mashup.

Seasons of Skyrim and Seasonal Landscape are optional but highly recommended.

Download and install these mods in this order.

1. Mixed Grass

Download and install Mixed Grass


2.Tamrielic Grass

Download and install Tamrielic Grass

Select green for tundra and rift in the FOMOD

Download and install Tamrielic Grass - ENB Complex Grass (ONLY IF YOU USE AN ENB!!!)

Select green for tundra and rift in the FOMOD


3.Veydosebrom Regions

Download and install Veydosebrom Regions


4.Folkvangr - Grass and Landscape Overhaul

Download and install Folkvangr - Grass and Landscape Overhaul

Download and install Folkvangr - Summer Tundra

Download and install Folkvangr - Summer Tundra - ENB Complex Grass (ONLY IF YOU USE AN ENB!!!)


5.Origins Of Forest - 3D Forest Grass

Download and install Origins Of Forest - 3D Forest Grass

Download and install Origins Of Forest - 3D Forest Grass - ENB Complex Grass (ONLY IF YOU USE AN ENB!!!)


6.Cathedral - 3D Pine Grass - Full 3D Coverage

Download and install Cathedral - 3D Pine Grass - Full 3D Coverage

B.LOAD ORDER

Be sure the esps from the previously installed mods are ordered like this (in mod organizer right panel)

• Seasonal Landscapes.esp (only if you want seasons)
• Short Grass Mixed.esp
• TamrielicGrass.esp
• Veydosebrom Regions.esp
• Folkvangr - Grass and Landscape Overhaul.esp
• Origins Of Forest - 3D Forest Grass.esp
• Cathedral - 3D Pine Grass.esp
  

C.COMPACTING ESPS

Open xedit and select only these esps

• Short Grass Mixed.esp
• Veydosebrom Regions.esp
• Folkvangr - Grass and Landscape Overhaul.esp
• Origins Of Forest - 3D Forest Grass.esp
• Cathedral - 3D Pine Grass.esp
  

Let xedit load the esps.

When loaded, for each esps, right click on it and select Compact FormIDs for ESL



When all esps have been compacted, close xEdit and be sure all modified plugins are selected to save them.

BE SURE TO COMPACT ALL ESPS or YOUR GAME WILL CRASH OR HAVE INFINITE LOADING SCREEN!!!

NOTE

As your esps have been compacted you can ESLify them if you want (they will not count for the esp limit)

D.INSTALL THE NOLVUS GRASS MASHUP

Download and install Nolvus Grass Mashup - No Seasons (if you don't want seasons)

Download and install Nolvus Grass Mashup - Seasons (if you want seasons)

WARNING ONLY INSTALL ONE OF THESE 2 MODS

It has to be installed AFTER the grass mods.

Be sure Nolvus Ascension Seasonal Grass Mashup.esp is loaded after all grass mods esps in mod organizer right panel.
