Install with your mod manager.
Open RaceMenu, either at new game or using the showracemenu console command.
Navigate to the Presets tab.
Hit F9 and import Imperial Sparrow.jslot.
If you use High-Poly Head, change the Face Part slider to Option 3 to smooth the features out.
