For now, I'm not planning to add different body-shape versions like CBBE-3BA that I've never used before. If you want her to have other body shapes and skins, you could replace her meshes, skeleton, and textures with the ones you like under the folders below:

Don't forget to edit the texture paths in the .nif files with NifSkope.
To apply a bodypaint to her skin, you have to copy and paste bodypaint .dds files using GIMP or Paint.net (any image-editing soft that can handle .dds files) as overlays (opacity: 0.25-0.50) onto her diffuse map of the body (femalebody_1.dds) and export it as a DXT1 .dds file with mipmaps under the same name (femalebody_1.dds). Make sure these two .dds files have the same size. I recommend using the
Box mipmap filter for GIMP, and the
Adaptive mipmap filter for Paint.net.
If you use one from
Sunstarved - Tanlines for UUNP and CBBE - Racemenu Overlays - Special Edition, you need to remove the alpha channel from the bodypaint.dds file and convert the black color to transparency before you paste it onto the body map. You can do this from the layer menu of GIMP.
Alternatively, you could use the NPC cosmetic menu of
PROTEUS to access her RaceMenu and apply skin overlays to her face and body.
