What does it contain?

For Imperious:

Imperious Custom Race Compatibility:

Vanilla Imperious hardcodes Racial checks against Vanilla Races.
This changes all checks made by Imperious to a Keyword-based approach (and changes the Races alongside it), so that Forward Compatibility for non-Vanilla Races can be guaranteed.

My own Personal Tweaks, in no particular order:

Tweaks to existing Imperious things:

Khajiit - Prowl:
As soon as you reach Sneak Level 50, you will no longer be half-muffled, but completely muffled.

Modified/added Racial Powers:

Argonian - Argonian Blood:
Restored the Vanilla 50% Disease Resistance, and added 75% Poison Resistance.

Locational Abilities (aka HomeTurf Abilities):

Dunmer - Masters of the Ashen Lands:
While within Morrowind, Dunmer gain 25% Fire Resistance, and their weapons and Spells are 20% more effective against non-Dunmer.

Imperial - The Empire Is Law:
While within Imperial territory, Imperials gain +20 Speech, do 20% more damage with Weapons, and block 25% better.
This also works for Beyond Skyrim - Bruma and Wyrmstooth (assured via FormList Manipulator).

Nord - Throat of the World:
While within Skyrim, Nords gain 25% Frost Resistance, and their Shouts are 20% stronger.
(Also works in Sovngarde)

Imperious Dunmer Ancestor Spirit Equipment Tweaks:

The Equipment of the Ancestor Spirits has been altered to utilize matching sets, while still retaining some randomness.

This leads to the following Leveled tiers:

Level 1 - Steal Weaponry (Fighter and Archer), Bonemold Armor (Figher), Netch Leather Armor (Archer)
Level 12 - Dwarven Weaponry (Fighter and Archer), Boiled Netch Leacher Armor (Archer), Chitin Armor (Archer)
Level 25 - Heavy Chitin Armor (Fighter)
Level 32 - Ebony Weaponry (Fighter and Archer), Ebony Armor (Fighter)

While the Ancestors will always use the best weaponry, their Outfits will be randomised.
They also may wear helmets now.

Vancian Magic:
You may now recieve additional base Spell Slots when recharging your Vancian Magic.
Both the chance, and amount can be tweaked via MCM.

Quadratic Wizard:
Getting Vancian Magic Spells can now occur based on your current Magicka (including modifiers). Can be toggled via MCM.

Lockpicking:

Can now grant the corresponding Key when bypassing lock.
Can now bypass Master-level locks.

Both of these can be toggled via MCM.

This replaces Wintersun's WSN_TrackerQuest_Quest Script with a version that is Conditional and declares the WorshipID Property Conditional.
This means you can query the currently worshipped Deity via the GetVMQuestVariable Condition Function and do not need Papyrus for that.
