Excellent little tweaks! Almost makes me want to remove Mannaz and re-download Imperious just to get the sweet Green Pact synergy. Any other plans for further tweaks?
As for plans, this doesn't really follow any plan. Most of these Tweaks are random ideas born out of playing the game or scrolling UESP and thinking "yeah, this would make sense".
they are saying that like the AE thing people will still ask the most obvious questions that using their brain would answer or "does this work on AE" yes of course it does there's no DLL
@Ausarq23 The average nexus user (you) overestimates how many average users religiously follow the Skyrim modding scene. I assure you, the average user has no idea what you're talking about when you say things like 'yes of course it does there's no dll' That means genuinely nothing to most people. What does having a brain have anything to do with this?
Someone with the cajones to modify Enarim mods? I'm impressed. And also desperate to talk you into one more. How about Wintersun, the worship of Namira now includes eating the corpses of the dead but not using the script of the ring which is completely overridden when you use iNeeds Cannibalism, Imperious Bosmer race and Improved Daedric Artifacts or the other one that swaps out effects with the Well of Urd.
I am DYING to worship Namira but eating corpses does nothing for me. Is there any hope?
I've been out of the business for a while now, so any Feature Requests might take their sweet time being implemented...
Assuming I read your comment correctly, you want: Feeding on corpses as a Namira-worshipper, without the hassle of scripts being overridden by Artifact- or Race-Overhauls?
Hi! I use Imperious mod, which lets you eat corpses for a bonus as a Wood Elf. Using this doesn't count towards your Namira worship. It would be great if any corpses you eat while wearing her ring added to her worship.
Why did you get out of modding? Skyrim is far from dead :)
From what I can see in MO2 the Wintersun changes are incompatible with Serana Dialogue Addon's Wintersun patch. Both overwrite Wintersun's tracking script, so folks will have to choose one over the other. Is there any major user benefit for using your Wintersun tweaks or is it really only beneficial for modders?
As stated, it is useful for modding. Of course, if you need it as a dependency for a mod (my Pulcharmsolis Armor Tweaks use it), you need to resolve the conflict with SDA by merging the changes both make to the Script.
TL;DR: If nothing in your Load Order requires it, it is not useful, no.
Within Skyrim, it refers to all Holds currently under Imperial control; at game start that would be Haafingar, Hjaalmarch, Reach, Falkreath and Whiterun.
This is checked by querying the Script that keeps track of the Civil War, and as such adjusts itself whenever a Hold changes hands.
For example: If the Stormcloaks conquer Whiterun, The Empire Is Law no longer applies within that Hold. If the Empire conquers the Rift, then The Empire Is Law will apply within the Rift.

That said, might want to rethink those requirements. "Use you brain" could be an AE-level event.
However, could you rephrase your issue with my requirements?
I don't think I get what you're saying.

Life happened.
I'll leave it at that :)
