To get your hands on these new items, simply travel to Traitor's Post in Skyrim and look for an unfortunate mishap on the road.

Beyond Skyrim: Morrowind: Bonemold Weapons Pack has no requirements However, the mod may interfere with any mods that make changes to Traitor's Post. There should be no conflicts or compatibility issues otherwise.
Manual:
Download the archive and extract the .zip to a location of your choice
Move the files to ../SteamApps/common/Skyrim Special Edition/Data and drop them there
Enable the .esp using the mod manager of your choice
Mod Manager:
Download the archive either directly or through Vortex's built-in links
Select the archive/mod and install it as per normal
Enable the .esp and put it in the lower portion of your load order
