Why?
There are many sorting mods out there but they all have the same problem: conflicts and the need to create patches for every mod that touches those items.
Using the amazing Item Property Manipulator SKSE plugin makes it possible now to rename specific items without the need of patches or esp files, the only thing that's needed are ini files and thats it, that plugin can do gazillion things and one of those is renaming all kind of items on the fly, no esp's, no scripts.
What exactly does it do?
These ini files will rename some items to have a better sorting and make it easier to find stuff in the inventiores/menus(see images for examples). Item renaming format mainly inspired by SORT - Scripted Overrides that Rename Things.
Items renamed so far and I feel like they deserve a clasification are the following:
What mods are covered?
Installation/Uninstallation
Can be installed or uninstalled at any time, doesn't matter.
Compatibility
These ini files cannot directly make incompatibilites but if you have a mod that changes the effects of a item, lets say of a potion, then it would be wrongly renamed.
Issues
None so far, I'm not sure if renaming items can cause issues, maybe it can break a quest? idk just let me know in the comments and please report any typo or if some item is wrongly renamed.
I am open for suggestions to classify and rename other items and I can take request for more mods too :)

- Potions/Poisons
- Food (only if using Gourmet, vanilla food is ass and dont feel like they deserve a clasification)
