This mod changes some things, that were mentioned in dialogue, but are in my opinion not reflected properly in game, for example
now Carlotta Valentia sells"Bread fresh from the Oven"  -  2 baskets of bread at her stall and an oven at the rearside of her house .
Niranye sells "cookware and tools" now her stall represents this.  Same Brand-Sheis "rare items from Morrowind".
Changes are only to the display (clutter and static items).
Delphine speaks of the paranoid Thalmor, but all doors and lockables in the Embassy are open. Now chests, drawers and safe are properly locked.
Angeline Morrard used to sell Aromatics - has more skulls in her shop than the average necromancer. These are replaced with static flower arrangements - the skulls, not the necromancers (compatible with JKs Angelines Aromatics) speaks of Mandrake root (added in he shop named Mandragora for compability with CACO)
A safe is meant to be safe, all (except quest related and one on Solstheim) safes are locked and have a key somewhere or on someone. Some have unique content.
Farengar ist studying Dragons - now there are some static open books dragon related on his desk.
You join the Legion and are assigned to Legate Rikke, now you have at least a bed and a chest in the former unused room in the Castle Dour Office.
The Markarth Treasury is transferred to a vault with more safes, because Rhiada speaks of "patrons" (plural).
Dragonsreach got the armory  the Jarl mentions, when he rewards you with armor and weapons.
