Take this for your troubles.” Each follower needs to be added to the list “MMX452_AlternateStart_DeliveryList”. If the custom voiced actor is in Whiterun, you can also add the NPC to the list “MMX452_AlternateStart_DeliveryListWhiterun”.)
Fixed quest “Threat from the Past” triggering when disabled. This was an oversight from another quest that was not detecting that it was disabled in the MCM. The script that was causing this has been amended to prevent this from happening in future.
Added an option in the MCM to disable the additional event start locations that have been added, preventing the story manager from calling them when disabled.

Fixed issue with Courier start delivery of letter to Sam, but he isn’t there. Have updated the script so that if the quest he is part of hasn’t started, you will not get a letter to deliver to him.

This fix probably won’t get rid of the sound if it’s already there but should stop it from happening on save before activating the pillar puzzle.
Updated MCM to save additional settings that I forgot to add to the JSON file.

If starting as a Redguard woman, there is a chance that you could be approached by Alik'r warriors.
Encounter a Black Hand patrol. This will occur if the player is a Wood elf.
If the NPC David is not your follower, there is a chance you can encounter him fighting members of the Black Hand.
If starting as Aerin, you may get the quest to find Mjoll's missing ring.
A Letter from a Friend. This quest is only available if not using the start Trapped in a Box. (This is quest is in version 4.0.1) #
Meet two strangers in the Bee and Barb, who want you to join them for a drink. (In version 4.0.1. If completing A Letter from a Friend the two strangers will be named). #
A threat from the past. This in the final quest in the Trapped in a Box storyline, where you face off against Tyenian Laemiane inside Blue Water Cave. (Back story for this is added in version 4.0.1.) #
A Family Fate. If using one of the family starts, this quest will occur sometime after you leave your family home.

Dwemer Travel Machine Meet a Snow elf near Haldir's Cairn to begin the quest from my Dwemer Travel Machine mod, which is required for this start to show up.
Escape from the Alik'r I was wrongfully accused by the Alik'r, only if playing as a Redguard female.
Escape from Helgen I was at Helgen when the Dragon attacked.
Escape from the Thalmor Can you escape the dungeon beneath the Thalmor Embassy.
Family Life Begin at a random starting house with your family. (At present only the Nord Race has more than one starting location. This will be addressed in later updates). (The follow up quest for this start is a work in progress. This release was done earlier than intended due to urgent errors discovered during testing).
I am a Fisherman. Places the player in a random location near a fishing spot. (Skyrim Anniversary Edition is required for this to be available, but it is not required for this mod to work).
I am Aerin. Your character takes the place of Aerin, and you are friendly with Mjoll.
I am Ahlam. Your character takes the place of Ahlam, and you are married to Nazeem.

The Last Dragonborn Skips through the main storyline starting the player on the quest "The Way of the Voice" outside High Hrothgar. (There may be issues with the mod At Your Own Pace when using this start option.)
Life in the Hall of the Vigilant Start as a Devout of Stendarr inside the Hall of the Vigilant.
Life of a Guard Start as a guard in Darkwater Crossing, Dawnstar, Dragon Bridge, Falkreath, Ivarstead, Kynesgrove, Markarth, Morthal, Raven Rock (if playing as a Dunmer, Dark elf), Riften, Rorikstead, Shor's Stone, Solitude, Stonehills, Whiterun, Windhelm or Winterhold. (More guard starting locations will be added in future).
Life of the Alchemist Start at the Alchemist's Shack.
The Life of the Necromancer I am a Necromancer travelling to Helgen after fleeing from Cyrodiil.
A Little bit of Piracy Start as a member of a pirate crew.
The Owner of an Inn Be the owner of one of the newly added inns.
Path of a Pilgrim Start at a random location and make your pilgrimage to your selected deity. The current options are Azura, if a dark elf; Meridia or Akatosh.
Patron of an Inn Be the patron of one of the new inns or the Drunken Huntsman.
Peeranna's Smithery Start on a random road in Skyrim when approached by the courier with a letter from Peeranna. This start requires Peeranna's Smithery for it to be available.
Priestess of Dibella Start at a shrine to Dibella. (Only available for Female Characters.)
Prisoner of the Falmer Taken captive by the Falmer along with a group of Khajiit caravaners. Can you all escape?
A Prisoner in Oblivion Start in a strange cell and find a means of escape.
A Prisoner in Whiterun Start in the prison in Whiterun and escape with the Alik'r warrior that is in the cell with you.
The Righteous Path Depending on your choice depends whether you follow an Initiate of Kynareth or Mara.
A Ritual Sacrifice Starts inside a cage withing a cave and defeat the group of witches.

Servant of Hermaeus Mora Start at a random location with three random Spell tomes that fall from the sky, and a Special power from Hermaeus Mora.

Survivor of a Vampire Attack You are the lone survivor of a vampire attack on a ship bound for Solitude.

Survivors of the Vampire Attack Awaken at the remains of the Hall of the Vigilant. You are a lone survivor of the vampire attack at the hall. (A different variant of this start occurs if Stendarr's Maze is installed.

There maybe issues with the Daughter of Cold Harbour start if using a custom race. It has been pointed out that the Mod "Children of Lilith" is not compatible with the "Daughter of Cold Harbour" start MCM Save Settings below version 1.0.4 is not compatible, as the save settings are now handled inside this mod. This requires PapyrusUtil SE - Modders Scripting Utility Functions. The mod Pronouns can affect the following dialogue options for the starts:
