At level five, you can encounter an ancient Snow elf. On completing a short quest, you can find the Dwemer Travel Machine. This machine will take you to one of several Dwarven Ruin locations in Skyrim and Solstheim.

Using the MCM, you can change on what level the quest begins. The default is level five. Once the quest has started or is completed, this option will disappear from the MCM.
Using the MCM, you can use custom sound effects. The ambient sound for the machinery uses background.wav and the activation sound uses Destination.wav both of these files need to be in the Sound\FX folder of your Skyrim Data folder, or the mods data folder (if using a mod organiser).

Once the Dwarven Helmet of Detection has been discovered, additional options appear in the MCM that changes which spells are cast when the player is sneaking. This can also be turned off so the spells are cast all the time.

Discovery the Dwarven Stalhrim Shield of Perpectual Light, grants the player a light spell that will stay on until the shield is unequipped.

If the player picks up the book The Aetherium Wars, they will gain Aetherial Amulet of Path Finding. This will show the path to the current objective whilst worn.
