Near The Hall of the Vigilant there is a shack, or cave if Stendarr Rising is installed. After completing a quest within, you can find a unique shield with the emblem of Stendarr upon it.
The MCM allows the setting of whether Vigilants of Stendarr have a variation of the unique shield.
