Changes the well in Riften and what you see from inside the Ragged Flagon to match. No ESP required!

Description
Until a few recent mod releases that add water to wells, I never thought about them much. But while testing these mods out I got to thinking: What's up with the well in Riften? In Vanilla, its just a dark hole from outside. From inside the Ragged Flagon you can see that it's boarded up, but you can see the sky through the boards despite there being a roof over the top of the well. Furthermore, mods like Water in Wells and Dawn of Skyrim add water to this well, which wouldn't make much sense.
So I made this mod. I have added the boards to the Riften well top-side, which I think adds very well to Riftens theme. Inside the Ragged Flagon, I have added the well roof above the boards, so it can be seen from inside. These are mesh changes, so no esp required unless you need a patch.
Compatibility
Dawn of Skyrim (Director's Cut) - Patch provided to remove the water from the well, with compatibility for either Dawn of Skyrim.esp or Blues Skyrim.esp.
Water in Wells - mesh-only animated wells - Place my mod below this one.
WiZkiD Wells with real water - From what I can see, WiZkiD didn't add water to this well, so no patch necessary.
Enhanced Lights & Effects / ELFX Fixes - I have also provided a version for the mesh used in these mods as well.
Anything else - I don't know, I don't use any other mods that touch this area. If you find any issues, let me know and I will update the list.
