This mod was created primarily due to the lack of Zelda mods here on Nexus, more specifically the lack of any Link preset for Skyrim Special Edition.

Make sure your character weight is set to 0 or 100! No inbetween. The armor will warp at the neck if weight is 1-99.
Race : Wood Elf
Body : Vanilla
Skin : Better Males (specifically the YoungerGeonoxWithoutBeard file. It works fine in Special Edition and makes Link's skin look smooth)
Required Mods:
RaceMenu
KS Hairdos SSE
Improved Eyes
AddItemMenuSSE (To spawn the armor.)
As you will see from the screenshots posted in the images tab, this mod is more than just a Racemenu preset! With his permission, I've ported over Tyen's armor mod The Legend of Zelda - A Skyrim Modification into Skyrim Special Edition so that users may wear the armor in Special Edition. We can't have a Link preset without his iconic green tunic, right?
The RaceMenu preset comes in 3 variants. Hairstyle 1, Hairstyle 2 and a "Bald" Link preset with only the face edited. I will have download links for all three for you to choose from, as well as the corresponding hair nif folders that go with each hairstyle!
Simply download the ,jslot file for the hair you wish to use as well as the hair nif files that matches your preset. Replace the hair in KSHairdos with the files you downloaded and install the RaceMenu preset .zip file through the mod manager of your choice. The same applies for the armor zip file, simply install with your mod manager.
When replacing hair, the file path should look like this:
Steam > steamapps > common > Skyrim Special Edition > Data > meshes > KSHairdos
DO NOT MIX HAIRSTYLES, THIS WILL MAKE THE HAIR BECOME EXPLODED!
Recommended Mods to go along with Link for a more Zelda-esque experience:
Minimap
True Directional Movement
SmoothCam
Relics of Hyrule SSE
Seeing as this is my first ever mod, there's bound to be some kind of issues. Feel free to let me know if you have trouble installing it.
