Parallax Meshes and Textures for Skyrim - Whiterun Textures with a twist of MystiriousDawn Streets of Whiterun and GaiusFatCat - BlueStar Whiterun Roofs . Includes support for USSEP, SMIM, ELFX with ELFX fixes, Assorted Mesh Fixes, Particle Patch, Unofficial Material Fixes, Landscape and Water Fixes, and Shingles - Alpha Patch so just let these meshes win.
I also enabled parallax on the required meshes via the Nif Patch Processing Parallax scripts by Spongeman131

The Streets of Whiterun HD
Instructions:
1.) Install SSE Parallax Shader Fix and Better Dynamic Snow 2.11
2.) Install Skyrim - Whiterun Textures
3.) Install The Streets of Whiterun HD
4.) A Whiterun - Parallax
*Whiterun Roofs (Parallax) SE is already fully built into this mod, you don't need to download it separately.
