Another addition to my "EXTREME" family of mods, I give you my Honorhall Overhaul...  I want to create some new ways of spending all that gold you acquire while finding new locations to add my extreme style to.  And that's how this was born.

About the mod
================
New in version 1.0:
ALL UPGRADES ARE NOW PURCHASABLE!!!! - Thanks to AndrealphusVIII for taking the time to set up the scripts for this mod.  Go check out their other works, he's got some amazing mods released!  The groundskeeper also sells children's items to make money for the orphanage now.


To purchase the upgrades:  Kill Grelod, let Aventus know that Grelod is dead and then you can purchase the upgrades from Constance.

Froki has dialogue to upgrade his shack, gotta talk to him enough to start his other "hunting" quest and then the upgrade will show in his dialogue.

The new Orphanage groundskeeper (Ned Gowan) will now sell you every toy, food item, clothing item, misc item that you can give to your kids.





New exterior area and Courtyard upgrades:

• Playground with it's own entrance right outside Riften.
• Petting Zoo with 6 different friendly critters for the kids to frolick with, and when theyre old enough they can have a beer with a deer now!
• Beautiful and lush landscaping and garden.
• Jungle gym, water slide, pirate ship, teeter totter, outhouse, water fountain and treehouse for the children to explore and play with.
• Introducing CHAURUS BALL the funnest new game to hit Skyrim (think soccer with an inflated chaurus eggsac)
• Swimming area with diving board and a serene cliff for painting.
• TOYS!!! 6 new dolls, a rocking horse and more
• Smol archery and training dummy area in the courtyard
  

Huge interior overhaul:

• Mrs Fitzgibbons (outlander fame) is the new cook
• Ned Gowan (outlander again) as the groundskeeper
• Starring Misses Hearthfire (like Mrs doubtfire, get it?) as the new teacher
• Grelods room is now a beautiful classroom where the kiddos study for 4 hours each day
• Library shelves dot the walls so the children have access to as many books as possible!
• 3 new childrens rooms with 4 beds each room for 12 orphans total
• New entryway and kitchen area where Mrs Fitz makes her delicious meals
  

FROKIS SHACK

• Gave hamming his own bed with some clutter as it was F'n creepy seeing that old man out in the woods with 1 bed for both of them.
