Hello everyone,

After many monthes of development, I present to you the  first version  of my Skill tree for Halberds.
I hope you will enjoy, Endorse and eventually Donate $ to support me if you enjoy my work.

This mod is fully compatible with any other perk mods such as Ordinator, so please don't ask about it. ;)

Beware: A new patch have been released on this page, this patch will fix the deleting of all your perkpoints when you pass in legendary skill. I recommend you to use it if you want transform a skill to the legendary. It work for Legendary Skyrim and SSE. Thank you to his author rjberg for his work.

Description
This mod offer a new skill tree named "Halberdier" along with new perks for Halberds.
When you load the game with this mod installed, you will obtain a default skill level based on your race.
You can increase your level when you hit an enemy, kill an enemy or by training on dummies with an Halberd equipped.

 I've built an Xp system to gain Level Up and perk points naturally in game.

The perk points can be spent on the Halberd skill tree to unlock the perks. To access the Skill Tree however, you will need Campfire.

The perks on the Halberdier skill tree are tuned for different combat styles: "Technical Combat" is to disarm weapons and shield, "Force brute"  is to knockdown your enemy and "Defensive" deals dmg to your enemy every time they attack you.
So be careful  what you chose,  you need to select the perk which is closer to your combat style, because it will influence your gameplay experience.
There are also new books introducing new stories about warriors using halberds, from which you can gain a perk point and a level in Halberdier if you read them.
I invite you take a look at the "Precisions on the mechanic" section at the bottom  of this page, for a description on each perk.

---Special addon---
There's an optional mod available in the download section, to give Lancer (Spearman) and Halberdier skills and perks to NPCs, now you won't be the only one who can effectively use these weapons. To use this, you will need my mods "True Spear Combat" (or True Spear Combat - DAR), "Spears - Skill and Perks Tree" and "Halberds - Skill and Perks Tree".

Installation
You need to install Campfire if you want to use this mod.
You will also  need one or both of these mods : True Spear Combat, Animated Armoury or Skyrim Spear Mechanic.
I recommend using a mod manager for an easier installation.
If you use  manual installation, you need to install the content from the "0==Core==" folder plus your selected plugin.
You need to chose the plugin corresponding to the mod that you own, for example if you use True Spear Combat and Animated Armoury, you need to install the content of "05- Plugin for NAR & TSC"

Precisions on the mechanic:

Halberdier Initial Level is based on your race, as follows;
Nord = 15;Imperial = 5; Breton = 10; High Elf = 10; Wood Elf = 5; Dark Elf = 5 Orc = 15; Argonian = 5; Khajiit = 5; Redguard = 5

When you LevelUp due to the use of your Halberd, your character will gain a level and a perk point. To get your usual 10 pts boost in either Health, stamina or Magicka, you will need to use the spell named "LevelUp Management".

Halberd advantages - 25% of resistance at less for armor, power attacks consume 30% less
stamina than a sword, 25% dmg increase when you use your halberd with
two hands.
