A bugfix for the Legendary perk point issue for Bouboule's mods:

This stops perk points from being removed after you make a skill legendary. It doesn't stop the same bug from happening for skill points added by mods in other ways, like from dragon soul conversion, Ordinator "What does not kill you..." etc.
I am working on a more advanced patch for later, which should solve the issue.
Installation instructions:
Just install it with a mod manager and let it overwrite the files from the above mods. It should not matter which version (True Spear Combat, animated armoury, etc) of those mods you have, or if you do not have them all.
