Miscellaneous Patches:
- Requires new v3.0 version of Immersive Sounds

- Disables CGO's Dodge Roll in favor of TUDM's Dodges
- You're still required to disable dodge roll in CGO's MCM
- Patches VioLens killmoves to work with TUDM conditions
- No Quest Requirement
