VOTEX USERS - There is currently a problem with the Fomod loading for Vortex users. I'm working with Vortex support to try to solve the issue. For now, Vortex users can either download and install the assets and desired plugin manually, or use the files from OPTIONAL FILES section. It works fine for Mod Organizer users.

I removed the M'rissi patch because A) the questionable content and B) there were a couple bugs that I just couldn't fix. I'll leave them in Old Files, but they will not be supported by me nor the LotD team.
This mod adds lights to the safehouse follower rooms which can cause flickering...you should DEFINITELY also use Legacy of the Dragonborn - Fixes and Tweaks and/or Lux to help reduce/eliminate flickering due to too many lights.
Question: Gut ya big dope, why don't you just create a big room for a bunch of followers so we don't have to choose?? Answer: A) I want to maintain the integrity of the LotD Safehouse...the cell is already pretty packed and don't want to add more load doors. B) IMHO, it's better to use a small handful of great followers on a playthrough and immerse yourself in a more intimate experience, rather than gather a flock of followers just because they're available to download...use a new set of followers on your next playthrough.
*** IMPORTANT!! This mod only affects these followers items' models and textures, and adds displays to the museum. It does NOT change in any way the followers AI, quests, scripts, etc. That said, this mod will not add any functionality to these followers' abilities to make the Safehouse their functional home. Some of these "Super" followers will have their own challenges with player homes in general, and I defer to the mod authors in all matters regarding this.
I'll be taking over stewardship of this mod for a while, so gutmaw can focus on IRL stuff. I'll be taking a look at the bugs tab, and cleaning up the old files section. If you've been holding back on any reports, now is the time!
Edit: I'll be removing any posts regarding M'rissi going forward. She was removed, that's that.
Edit 2: Please note that the Legacy Fixes and Tweaks mod and Lux are both not supported by the Legacy team. Thanks!
Hot Tub (room 5) is empty. No water. 0 water. Not even a single drop. The "normal" room with hot tub (next to bedroom) is fine. Is it as designed with no bathing for the followers?
With V6 of Legacy being the main focus, I doubt any new Follower Beds are gonna be added in the near future. Especially since having them be somewhat lore friendly is a bigger priority. Still after V6 and the new rooms are setup, it could be worth looking at these followers for future slots.
Obviously there's a good reason for that. Trimming it down from 8 to 6 seems reasonable. Since the mod won't have to then keep track of 8 different followers. I assume the two have already been picked out for trimming, I'm guessing Hoth and maybe Vilja or Kaidan.
Got it in one, Hoth and Vilja. Vilja is just really broken and Hoth doesn't really have displays. Unfortunate but we have 6 nice spaces on the new floor and it will simplify the heck out of installation.
That being said, once this is all settled I'm not against looking into some of these. Gore in particular.
Yeah I figured Vilja was probably gonna get axed. I know a lot of people seem to really like the character, but it is an older Mod that is kinda broken, similar to M'Rissi and Sofia. Better in the long run to cut these mods, til they get an overhaul or major patches fixing them. Which seems unlikely for these three.
The amount of patching for M'Rissi was also annoying, Immersive/Obscure/Magical College of Winterhold and Wintersun in particular, but I think that tower with the ring also needed patches...
I like this mod, it work great. However, I must report some missing texture on Redcap display. I guess it's because of his helmet got update in the newer version and now have a brand new one. I can guess the mod creator just remove the og helmet texture from the mod so it can't found the right texture for it anymore. So I wonder if it would be possible to update the helmet on his display to fix the issue?
Seriously, just how to make your followers stay at the house and actually interact with the follower home features? Some followers like Lucien simply do not have a dialog option to make them set a new place as their homes. Redcap does have an option to change the place where he will go to after being dismissed. However, he stays at the exact spot after using that option and dismissing him subsequently. The only seemingly applicable option seems to be asking Inigo and Vilja to "relax a while" at the safehouse, upon which he would use the bathroom there. But even this option is not available for every companion. For instance, Lucien seems not to have such an option. So, is there anything I missed?
im trying to reinstall this mod since lucian doesnt have a bed to sleep in (and also decided to add in a fireplace) but when i reloaded back to my game, open my room notes to activate furniture instalations. nothing happened.
nothing appears at all in both of Kaidan room As no matter what I do Kaidan room B works for some reason but I want to use a different room B
Other followers rooms work. I started my game with this mod, I've tried reactivating the receipts, dismissing & recruiting Kaidan, uninstalling reinstalling the mod, even going back a save from a few hours ago before I unlocked the safehouse didn't work its just not worth it at this point
yeah, I just don't get how it happened in the first place, everything was working fine, I didn't download any mods, mess with the rooms ingame, I just loaded up the save inside the house and Kaidans room had disappeared?
Great mod and I like you give everyone their own space. If you are taking follower recommendations I suggest Recorder. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/4718 Think she would fit with the LOTD community and she could use some snazzy items too.
