    Q&A:
    Q: Is XYZ included?
    A: Check for yourself.

    Q: Presets?
    A: No.

    Q: Males?
    A: No.

Q: Who is this Redguard on thumbnail?
    A: Carmella.

    Q: ENB?
    A: Patrician, only LE.

    Q: Skin texture?
A: My private mix. Due to perms, I can’t release it.

Q: Could you make replacers for vanilla NPCs?
A: Maybe for some, only few. Idk when. Definitely not all of them.

    Hello!

I thought I'd let you know that the .nif files included in the download has incorrect texture routing.
    Example: https://imgur.com/a/p6g2l7N

I didn't notice it on other 3dnpcs until now when I encountered Ureni, becuase I have KS Hairdo's installed and retextured.
The textures are included in the download tho. The same issue seems to be in regards to the eye meshes, but the download only includes .dds for the eyes themselves and not cubemap and other stuff. I installed Artsicks mod and only kept the textures and issue was resolved.

Eitherway, thank you for this mod! In my personal opinion, there is some true artistic value here and the characters appear much more lifelike and memorable.
Looking forward to see more from you!

Hi Sorca. I love the new faces, but I am having an issue with some of the Hair and eyes. Please look at this... https://imgur.com/gallery/09SkiSB

I am operating under the assumption that you have baked in the mods from which you drew resources, so I don't have any Hair eye mods except for Apachii and Eyes of Beauty. I have also moved Visual overhaul to just above DynDoLOD, so it is last in my load order.

Would you have any suggestions as to how I should proceed?

had the same purple eyes after i had over-downsized the textures/converted them all to BC7 format with Octagon. reinstalling the Overhaul worked for me, have you tried that?

purple is one of the signs that the right textures can't be found for the mesh (right = {size, type, compression, format}, found = {name, path}). CTD is the other

I am also having this same issue.
I've tried reinstalling the mod, reinstalling The Eyes of beauty, messing with my load order.
      Still having trouble :/

I'm impressed that you're able to break STANDALONE mod. I have no idea what you did, really.

I think it might have something to do with High Poly NPCs but I'm not sure.
When I uninstall your mod, the eye missing meshes go away.
It's a shame because I really like your mod!
      PS:
I am using a highly modded game. I would love to find a fix for this issue if anyone has suggestions?

Do you use MO2? I give no support for NMM and Vortex.
HP NPCs are not compatible with my mod, unless mine is the lowest in the order.
Let me say it again - my mod is STANDALONE, it's not conflicting with or requiring any eyes or hair mods. Sorry, but it's basic knowledge and someone who has "highly modded game" should know such things like mod/plugin order, conflicts, requirements.

+1 that's pretty much all there is to it. two different visual overhauls can't fully function if they modify the same npc(s)

Just throw away all that highpoly trash files and everything gonna be alright. It is just a dead weight anyway.

might wanna consider uninstalling Windows at this point. Trash the computer, apply your VM directly to the forehead. Desktop gaming is so 2016 anyway

Hey I have the same issue with MO2, I tried only using 3dnpc and this mod and I still have the purple eyes, any ideas?
Edit : I dug deeper with xEdit  I remplaced the eyes with vanilla one and it fixed it for the one npc I edited. Not as pretty thought :/ Trying to find out why
Edit 2 : Tried fusing this mod with the main one and while it did fix some hair bugs for certain npcs (Olivia for exemple) it created the bug elsewhere (ex : Eleanor which was perfectly fine before) and the eyes of Olivia that I fixed became purple again.
I think I'll have to manually replace every npc eyes when I encounter them in game.
      Still have no clue why.

dinotur - why did you edit anything? Why do you "fuse" mods?

To see if maybe there was a missing texture in one? tbh I was trying lucky shots for a fix, but Since I put it at the very bottow of my mod order with all of the other mods active I haven't seen the bug since, so hurray?
But editing in xEdit the eyes and hair does fix it but one by one

Weirdly, I've had the same problem. When I first installed it, I had to delete and re-download it, and then no problems.
I recently had to re-install all my mods, and when I did so, had the exact same problem, with the exact same solution.

If anyone reading this has the attitude of "well, that makes no sense", I don't get it either. Maybe it's an issue with it installing or with Nexus? It's a weird thing, easily fixed but there's quite a few comments about it. I checked on a new save after re-installing and it seems fine now.

Oh, this. Idk what's causing it. When I gave my mod to testing, my friend reported that facegens had different head part names. After redownloading everything was ok. It's weird, because current version is repacked.

Just a tip for those who have "black face" issue like me.
    -Use LOOT.
-Verify that INVO plugin has been placed after 3DNPC of course. Verify the same order in left panel (MO2)
-And above all, REBUILD your bashed patch if you've made one (wrye bash or smash)

I know this is obvious for a lot of but sometimes you can forget some obvious things to do (like me^^).

I'm using mo2, is the mod installation supposed to be before my other mods that alter body texture (ie cbbe, skin, etc...)?

Mod causes Skyrim to hang on black screen with logo on startup. Not sure the cause, just posting so someone else doesn't spend 9 hours troubleshooting like me. Probably an issue on my end.

Edit: Wrong version page, meant for LE

If you aren't sure of the cause, maybe consider rewording "(This) Mod causes...". It's misleading to others.

I do love your style. Also, this totally fits with Northbourne's NPCs mods, which is the only NPC replacer I currently use.

Thank you for making my (our) Skyrim game a more interesting place.

    Endorsed and voted.

I love this mod, it made my game come to life in ways that I didn't think was possible; you must have been working on this for a very long time. I added the mod Expressive Facial Animation -Male & Female Editions- and it brought the mod to life. Thank you again for all your hard work it has made me very happy.
