General Changes: Simply reduces the chance for loot by either one- or two-thirds on top of the vanilla rates, e.g., a 100% item drop will either become 66% or 33% chance depending on which option you choose, a 50% item drop will either become 34% or 17%. The same can be applied to certain merchant items as well; mostly armour, weapons, and crafting ingredients.
Simply Reduced Loot is inspired by Scarcity, but with a more lenient approach.
