She is a Bosmer, and as stated in the title Racemenu is a hard requirement. This is just a preset so obviously you can use it for whatever play style that you want!
Note: Depending on what ENB you are using, I am using Surreal, the colors may differ.

- Community Overlays 2 (for tattoos)
- Shep's Tattoo Collection (for face tattoos)
- Skin Feature Overlays (for freckles and body scars)
- Northborn Scars
