It delays M'rissi's Tails of Troubles quest line start until you grow up and stopping to be a victim !
Installation:
Download and endorse original mod
Replace esp by one from this mod.
If you install after you started your game but before met Thalmor patrol, open console and type: stopquest MRTstage0
It should stop the quest and let it start when you reach required level (no guarantee).
