About this mod
This mod adds a preset (Breton) for the Oovi-Kat Vastaya Neeko from League of Legends. It also adds her hair, flowers, glands(?), and tail as EQUIPPABLE ITEMS. If you'd rather have her hair in a slider go ahead and replace one of the game's ones with the Neeko Hair mesh.

This is my first time making HDT SMP equipment so the tail can be slightly jittery when standing still but overall I think it works pretty well. There are quite a lot of tattoo mods I had to use to make her somewhat similar so half of the dependencies are those.
As for the equipment in the screenshots I used:

-CP5 Top v17 [00] from Clothes Pack 5 (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/66964)
-Amulet of Dibella.
For roleplay purposes, I'd recommend Copy Character Appearance: (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/38400) for shapeshifting, Lost Grimoire of Skyrim (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/60796) for making copies of yourself (+ some animal shapeshifting) and Natura (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/77826) for a very well-made nature-themed spell pack.
